31 March – 1 April 2026
International Convention Centre, Sydney
CELEBRATING THE WOMEN SHAPING THE FUTURE OF FINANCIAL ADVICE
The Women to Watch Awards is where the most influential women in wealth management are recognized, celebrated, and brought into one room. It is a defining moment in the industry calendar, spotlighting the advisors, leaders, and rising talent shaping the future of financial advice.
The 2026 awards will honour the women driving real results across the industry — those building high-performing practices, leading teams, expanding access to advice, and setting new standards for client impact and business growth.
Nominations are open from April 20 to June 19, 11:59 PM EST.
All entries must be submitted through the Nominate page. A nominator may submit the same nominee across multiple categories, and multiple nominators may endorse the same candidate.
There is no fee to submit a nomination.

"This award means so much because it represents a lifetime of work in this business, dedicating time, effort, energy, and love to building up our business, and especially women in this industry."
“This award really represents more than me. It represents everyone who’s gonna come after me – young women, latinas, immigrants – everything."
“We need more women in this business because we need women and other diverse financial planners who represent the clients and what the clients look like as well.
